Letter to the Editor Policy

Students, faculty and staff may submit letters to the editor in writing, but The Lance will not print any material containing personal attacks, insults or statements otherwise libelous. Anonymous submissions will not be printed.

The Lance reserves the right to edit letters for space, libel and clarity. Letters are limited to 250 words and must be typed, include the author’s full name, phone number and year in school or position. Letters must be received by 6 p.m. Tuesdays. Only three submissions from the same person will be published in a semester
